Cawston Community Centre

The Cawston Community Centre provides a long awaited facility serving the Cawston Estate and wider area of Rugby Borough.

The building comprises of three function rooms with associated ancillary areas; office, kitchen/servery, wc provision, storage.

The building is designed into three volumes to suit the requirements of each function room, creating an interesting external composition expressed individually with polychromatic brickwork and colour through render. The low pitch roofs are a sensitive response to the surrounding buildings while providing space heating efficiency.
